Gregg.Mortgage of Real Estate.By virtue op a power containedin the above mortgage, we will sell at Aiken, on next Bales tiny (July 7th). opposite the Town Hall, all that parcel or lot of land, with the Aiken Hotel and Outbuildings, and other improvements thereon, known as “The Aiken Hotel 1‘roperty,” situate in the Tnwuof Aiken, State of Smith Carolina.— The said parcel or lot ol land measuring and containing on Railroad Avenue three hundred feet, more or less; on Union »treel —four hundred and twenty {Vet, more or less; on Fairfield street—three hundred feet, more or less; and bounded on the north by land in dispute, and in part by a lot belonging to Frederick Allen ; on the east by Union sheet.; on the south by Railroad avenue, and on the west in part by Fairfbld street, and in part by the lot aforesaid—belonging to Frederick Allan, and a lot now or lately of the estato of Elias Beard. The said premise' are to be sold to pay the sum of Five Hundied Dollnrs, with interest. fr m the first instant until paid, due on the bond of George H. Lotittsbcry, held by,the undersigned,-Caspar A. Chisolm a« Assignee aforesaid of Win. Gregg, Also, the sum of Four Hundred Dollars, with interest from tho first instant until paid, due. on the bond of said George H. Lounsberv, held by the undersigned, Marina Gregg as Assignee aforesaid of Wm, Gregg. Also, the sum of one hundred and twenty dollars, with in’crest thereon from the 14th day of June, A. D. 187'J, until paid, for premium of Insurance paid by said Marina Gregg, to secure her interest in said property, and recoverable under said Mortgager The said premises will also be sold subject to said Mortgage held by said Caspar A. Chisolm amounting to $500, with interest at the rate of 10 per cent, per annum, from the 1st June, inst., and the mortgage hold by said Marina Gregg, amounting to $400, with interest at the r to of lO per cent, per annum, from the 1st of June inst. And also subject to » mortgage which is supposed to be held by George H.
