LEGAL NOTICES. NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR FURNISHING GRO CERY SUPPLIES FOR COUNTY INSTITUTIONS FOR THIRD QUARTER OF 1963. Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Vigo County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for grocery supplies for the Glenn Home and the County home until 10:00 o’clock A. M. (CDT) on Monday, June 24, 1963, in the office of A. Leroy Lewzader, Auditor of Vigo County, Indiana. Bids shall be submitted on pre scribed State Board of Accounts Form 95, including a completed execution of a non-collusion affi davit. Bid forms and specifications are on file in the office of A. Leroy Lewzader, Auditor of Vigo County, Indiana, where same may be obtained upon request. Each bidder shall accompany his sealed bid with a certified check made payable to the Vigo County Treasurer, said check to be not less than 10% (ten per cent) of the total bid, or a bond made payable to the State of Indiana in an amount equal to the amount of the bid. The Board of Commissioners re serve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities as to procedure, and to award on the bid that in their judgent is most advantageous to Vigo County. Notice is hereby given to the tax payers of Vigo County, Indiana, that the Board of County Commissioners will meet at the Vigo County Court House, Room 25, Terre Haute, Indi ana on June 24, 1963, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., Central Daylight Time, for the purpose of considering a proposal to establish a cumulative bridge fund for the building and repair of bridges and grade separation and the levying of an additional tax at the rate of five cents (5c) on each $100.00 of tax able property in Vigo County, Indi ana, to provide funds for said fund; said tax to be first levied in 1963, payable in 1964 and each year there after for five (5) years, all as pro vided by Chapter 299 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana for 1951, as amended. Taxpayers are invited to be present and will have a right to be heard there before said proposal is finally approved and submitted to the State Board of Tax Commissioners for approval.
