SUNDE DIES; FUNERAL HELD TUESDAYFuneral services for Mrs. Toll-of Sunde, a resident of Emmet county since 1886, were held Tuesday afternoon at her home in Esthervllle and at the Palestine Lutheran church, the Rev. L. A. M-attire officiating- Interment | was beside her husband in Palestine cemetery.She had been able to be up until Saturday. She lay down for a reBt and died at 3:30 Saturday afternoon.Bertha Serena Hovardahoim was born June 13, 1850. at Hovardahoim. Sondhordland, Norway. On Jan. 7, 1875, she was married to Tollof Sunde. In 1883 she and her husband emigrated to America. settling in Grundy cnun*y, 111. Tin «e y?ar* later they moved to Emmet county. For 30 yet-irs they lived on a farm west of DolUv.r.In 1916 they retired and moved to Esthervilie Mr. Sunde preceded his wife in death Nov. 1925. She is survived by seven children, T. T. Sunde. Mrs. Anfln Shaw. Mrs. Carl Shaw, and Mrs. T. R. Olson of Esthervllle. Nels and ’Thor Sunde near Huntington and the Rev. L. O. Sunde of Arlington, S. D. Two children preceded their mother in death.Mrs. Sunde has been a member of the Lutheran church since her childhood. Mr. and Mrs. SumU were for many years staunch members of the Palestine congregation. On coming to Esthervllle they united with the Esthervllle Lutheran church.o
