Denver’s Newly-Elected Commissioners Seated by Judge Teller's Decision.Denver.—“The Court is of the opinion that it lias jurisdiction in this case and that the plaintiff is entitled to the relief sought.’*This declaration, by Judge James H. Teller of the District Court, spelled victory for the five recently-elected commissioners, and the issuance of writs of injunction by the same court ousted Henry J. Arnold. Allison Stocker and Daniel M. Sullivan as heads of the city and county administration. 1-utting a finis on Denver's dual government.The court's decision means that tho commission government is established nnd that all of the acts of the commissioners are legalized and will continue to be legal.
