Slate of Maine.LINCOLN, ss.—At a Court of Probate held at Wiacasset on the 3d day of June, A.D. 1850:Ordered, that James Bowker Executor of the t last will c. of DESIRE HALL, late of Bath, in said county, deceased, notify the heirs at law and creditors of said deceased, and all persons interested, that his firt account of Execotion on the estate of said deceased will be offered for allowance at a Probate Coon at Bath on the ISth day of June, IS50— when and where they may bo present if they ! see cause.Notice to be given by publishing an attested copy of this order in the Ea stern Times, a-paper printed in Bath, two weeks successively, before said Court of Probate.Given under my hand this third day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty.Arnold Ulaney.
