Entries will be accepted for rose competition on June 15 from 7:30-10:30 a.m. Competition will be judged by the Fort Wayne Rose Society at pavilion #1. The pavillion is open for public viewfrom 12:30-4:30 p.m. both days. Join the Rose Walk through Lakeside’s historic rose garden on June 16 from 12:00-3:00 p.m.with gardener Josie Dellinger. Larry Walter, manager of landscape and horticulture, will be onhand to answer questions. River City String Band will be on hand from 2:00-4:00 p.m., June 16.Also on June 16, meet under the dome of the pergola at 12:00, 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. for a presentation about roses and rose care.
