Adam J. Rutkowski, 82, of 108 Milton Ave., died yesterday at the Veterans Administration Hospital after a long illness. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Rutkowski; two daughters, Mrs. Eleanor Kotarz of Solvay and Mrs. Phyllis Westcott of Lakeland; two sons, Donald and Richard, both of Solvay, five grandchildren; two broth ers, John and Walter of Syracuse, and a sister, Mrs. Anna Caza. Services will be Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. at the Berdynski Funeral Home, and at 9 a.m. in St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
