A recent arrival in Amarillo is the Rev. Franklin D. Radcliff, who has accepted the pastorate of Hillcrest Baptist Church, 2901 Martin Road. The Rev. Mr. Radcliff has served the past two years and two months as minister of West Side Baptist Church in Big Spring. He formerly was pastor of First Baptist Church in Carlsbad, Tex., for 19 months. He was ordained in October, 1966, by the Berea Baptist Church in Big Spring, while sta tioned at Webb Air Force Base there as a Master Sergeant in the Air Force. He was in the military service for 1242 years before resigning to enter the ministry Radcliff served as vice moderator of the Big Sprin Baptist Association, and dn much work with the mentally ill in the State Hospital there. He attended San Angelo State College for one year The Rev. and Mrs. Radcliff have a son, Franklin Radcliff Jr., 12, and twin daughters, Brenda Kay and Belinda Renee, 10.
