Mr. and Mrs. Roy McNelley, Po catello, were guests Friday at the home of Mr. McNelley's sister, Mrs. M. Pruitt. Mr. and Mra. John Mc Nelley, “Mesa, Colo.;- parents of Mrs. Pruitt, who have been visit ing here for the past three weeks returned to Pocatello with Mr. and Mrs. Roy McNeiley for a month's visit. .Keith Price, who was rushed to the’ Twin Falls hospital Sunday was able to return to his home Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dickenson left Thursday for‘the Blind Bull mine 110 miles east of Idaho Falls, where they will spend the summer, Mrs. F. Baer, and daughter, Hen riette, and son, Harold, Payette, spent the past week visiting at the home of Mrs. Gus Conrad. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Penfold returned the first of the week from a 10-day motor trip. They visited in Salt Lake City with Mr. Pen fold's sister, Miss Eva Penfold, in St. Anthony ,at the home of Mrs. Penfold's parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Birch and in the Teton Basin with Mrs. Fred Morgan, an aunt of Mr. Penfold, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Vader re turned Saturday from, a 10-day trip to Los Angeles, Calif. In honor of Mrs. Glenn Shaffer, a recent bride of Hagerman, an attractive shower was given by,’ relatives and friends Saturday af ternoon at the L. D. 8. recreation parlor. During the afternoon a program was presented which con sisted of a vocal duet by Mrs. Mil dred Duncan and Mrs. Irene Fal mer; musical readings by Donna Lou Cowley and Keith Roper; read ings by Mrs. Fred Penfold, Carol Penfold, Betty Barlogi, and Car lynne Sands, and a solo by Glenn Shaffer. The bride received many gifts. Refreshments were serve to 75 guests. Seam Martin has been seriously il at his home since the first of the week. His condition is report ed as improved.
