Chafe of Petty Harbor was united in matrimony to Mr. William Russell of • #Freshwater Road ,this city.The ceremony was performed by the Rev. John Hewitt in the presence of a large number of friends of the contracting. parties.The bride was attired in a costume of white satin with veil and orange blossoms and carried a bouquet of sweet peas and maiden hair fern. She was attended by Miss Bessie Miller and Miss Jessie Russell, while Bugler Russell of the Newfoundland Regimen and Mr. Robert Chafe supported the groom.• % Following the ceremony a reception
