Fredericks, 35 years of age, a brakeman employed on the workings of the Utah Copper company, fell from the train on Boston Con, hilt ic Bingham, His head struck the steel rail anl the skull was fractured, Fredericks died within a shot time, Something original in the line of evading capture was sprung by three youths who stole an automobile belonging to-BS. Knudson of Ogden, when they abandoned the car and escaped on bicycles which they had previously tied onto the spare tire rack, of the car.
