The instrument was witnessed by L. E. Rhodes and Oliver F. Rhodes. David E. Rhodes was appointed her counselor in matters pertaining to the settlement of the estate. All personal property and a life interest in the remainder of the estate is bequeathed to the widow, Nancy Whitesel. At her death, the property is to go to Gordon Whitesel, the son of Mr. AVhite-sel’s deceased daughter, Estellarlt;and profits thereform dumihg his natural life., and to use same in such manner as he.may choose.
