In the matter of the guardianship of James Sittingdown, a minor:Notice is hereby given in pursuance of an order of the §ounty Court of the County of Sequoyah, State of Oklahoma, made on the 15th day of May, 1914, the undersigned guardian of the estate of James Sittingdown, a minor, will sell at private sale to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by said Court on Saturday, the 13th day of June. A. D., 1914, at 2 o’clock p. m., at the office of Wm. H. Rogers, in Room No. 3, of the Merchants National Bank building in Sallisaw, in said County, all the right, title and interest of said James Sittingdown, in and to the following described real estate situate in Sequoyah County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:The southwest quarter of the southwest quarter and the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of southwest quarter of Section seven (7), in Township eleyen (11) of Range No. twenty-three (23).Said real estate will be sold on the following terms and conditions, to-wit: Cash in hand on approval of sale.Bids for the purchase thereof must be in writing and must be filed in the County Court or delivered to the undersigned at the office of Wm.
