Carl Gerhard said.NBNE also played Memorial Day on NBC’s Today Show and at two Times Square shows.“Navy Band Northeast provided a spectrum of musical entertainment,” Gerhard said. “The band inspired patriotism, elevated esprit de corps, and fostered pride in the United States Naval Service, not only for U.S. citizens, but for a worldwide audience (via media).“The band’s return on investment is incalculable. I couldn’t be more proud of our Sailors.
