The Pecono Record, The Strouds burgs, Pa. — Wed., June 11, 19753planned unit developmentfrom the plans and would have to.be added.The plan did not indicate buildings, which prevented LevkuUc from checking for setbacks; road widths, a playground, buffer zones, an existing road from an approved map, and a note indicating planned development for a single ownership.Also, Strzelczyk was told to get all necessary sewerage permits before construction, to provide a road bond and to state any covenants.Levkulic recommended that the plans be resubmitted because they lack sufficient information for review.Strzelczyk was also told he would have to meet state requirements for a mobile home park as well as for a proposed planned unit dwelling as the plans were submitted.He replied he didn’t understand why his plans nowcame under the state mobile home law when they didn’t when first approved in June, 1974. The Jaw was approved Sept. 18,1971.The commissioners and Thornton were unable to give him a specific answer other than to say the law was constantly being amended.Strzelczyk said this requirement would force him to install centralized sewerage, which he estimated would cost him $50,000.The commissioners decided to withhold action on the plans, which were submitted at the April 18 meeting, until Strzelczyk complies with the ordinances, which he promised to do.Strzelczyk plans to have five mobile homes or trailers which may be converted to chalets in the future.
