Dr. and Mrs. Leo V. Puckett of No. 10 Rushton Drive, will celebrate their golden wedding anniversary with a reception in the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist church, Briarwood Drive at Salem Road on Sunday after noon, June 16, from 2 to 5 p.m. All relatives and friends are invited and individuals are re quested to please omit gifts. They were married in the First Baptist church of Mt. Vernon on June 1, 1918. Mrs. Puckett was the former Ruth Gibson of Mt. Vernon. Dr. Puckett, a World War I veteran has been a practicing veterinar ian during the past fifty years and is now retired. Dr. and Mrs. Puckett are the parents of three sons, Tom and Ferrell of Mt. Vernon and Ro bert of Denver, Colo., four granddaughters and __ three grandsons. Hostesses for the reception will be the daughters -in-law of the couple, Mrs. Marjorie Puckett, Mrs. Kathryn Puckett, and Mrs. Elizabeth Puckett. (Mary Jane Studio) DR. AND MRS. LEO PUCKETT
