Jurors were selected — the morning an Hell County Circuit Court resumed in Pineville for the trial on charge of murder of Arthur Parrott, colored, in the death of Ollie Shannon, colored, on the atesets of Pine ville Saturday, May 5. The Nagra is also charged with murder in the death of Howard Gambral who was struck by @ a tray bullet in the same affray as he emerged from a deugatare two blocks away. Others atruck by bullets in the affray were Floyd Hudson, # white men, and Myrtle Ace derson, colored.
