Raleigh, June 6. — Vance Baise, chief highway engineer, said today upon his return from Washington he had been assured North Carolina would get cotton road materials suf ficient to conduct experiments in us ing the fabric on 100 miles of road The first shipment will be made about June 16, Baise said. The federal government is supply ing the cotton material.
