Marquette, June 10.— By the terms of the will of the late John M. Longyear, upper Michigan lumber and mine owner, an es tate estimated to be worth from $10,000,000 to $15,000,000 is di vided among members of his family. One-third of the prop erty goes to his widow, Mary B. Longyear of Brookline, Maas., who also will receive one-third of the income of the estate. About one-half of the estate is divided equally among the deceased five children. A bequest of $50,000 is made to Abbie Scott Longyear, Detroit, a widow of the late Dr. Howard W. Longyear, brother of John M. Longyear and bequests of $25, 090 send to both of the late doc tor's daughters. Each of John M. Longyear's nine grandchildren received $5,000 to be reserved until they become of age and $50,000 is left to James E. Sherman of Mar quette, who has managed the Longyear business for many years.
