The Pleasant Valley Canal company has been incorporated lv W. M. McIntyre, Jeff Dinsdale, J. C. Simpson and others of this place. The company will construct a ditch from flock to Alkali creeks for irrigating purposes.Ferdinand Freiman and some of the adjoining property owners are having a stone fire wall erected on the south side of Mr. I'reiman's lot. which when completed will effect a saving of about six per cent, in insurance rates in that immediate vicinity.
