■ Architect Buell to donate buildingPUEBLO — Architect Temple Buell will formally donate a$600,000 building to house the University of Southern Colorado’s public television station, KTSC, at ceremonies here today. KTSC, the only public and educational television outlet serving Pueblo and Colorado Springs, will relocate this fall to the former Safeway supermarket in Midtown Shopping Center.
