A sparkling 4 hit pitching per formance by Ron Dunn and a long homerun by Mark Hendren were the highlights of an exciting oe won by Mac’s Delicatessen Village Pharmacy by the score of 11-4 on Wednesday evening, June 2, at the Grade School Field. Hendren’s homerun, with 2 man on first base climaxed a big 6 run first inning by Mac’s. Dunn went the distance striking out 8 and walking 5. Others getting hits for Mac’s were Eric Beebe a double, and Bobby Farmer, Don Kamp haus, and Dunn with one single each. Hendren had a single to go with his homerun. Gabbard did the pitching for Village Pharmacy, striking out 11 and walking 9. Gabbard also had a double and Wilson, Hacker and Ruther a sing le each. Outstanding on defense for Mac’s were Rick Wolfram at second and Brian Morris behind the plate. Members of Ma’cs Delicatessen this year are: Scotty Baker, Eric Beebe, Rick Wolfram, Allan Wol fram,Bobby Farmer, Mick Farm er, Larry Guilfoyle, Mark Hendren, Brian Morris, Don Kampus, Rony Dunn, Kevin Willman and Jim Parker. The manager is Ollie Boehm, the coach John Beebe, and the scorekeeper is Art Wolfram. Mac’s now has a league record of 2-2.
