Two Terre Hauteans, Fred B. Smith and Robert D. Heinl, have been elect ed to membership in the new Congres sional Country Club of Washington, D. C. Herbert Hoover is the president of the club and President Harding and former President Wilson areafe members. There will be two complete 18-hole golf courses. It is an interesting fact that these courses are being laid out by Devereux Emmet, of New York, who planned the links of the Terre heute Country Club.
