MOVEMENT ON TO jCONDEMN PITTMAN POND !A movement by the city council to f have the board of health condemn the Pittman Pond nuisance and order, Spear Pittman, to immediately rem. edy the conditions there is now on foot.The property, which really is vaL ueless, is unsanitary and unsightly Realizing that a great expense would be incurred by anvone attempting to remedy the conditions^ groups of individuals who reside in that section of the town, have on several occasions attempted to puchase the property, but have never been able to get the owner to offer it at a reasonable price.That the nuisance should be con. demned there is no doubt in the minds of the majority of the citizens
