GUARDIAN’S SALE’ r.lIORfilA—Carroll County.In pursuance to an order granted by the ordinary of Carroll county, Georgia, on the 7th day of June, T!20, I, T. W. I!. Strickland, guardian of J. M. Strickland, will sell, on the first Tuesday in July, 1020, before the court house door of Carroll county, Georgia, between and within the legal hours of sale, the one-fifth (1-5) undivided interest in the following described lands, belonging to estate of J. M. Strickland, an imbecile, being as follows:One-fifth (1-5) undivided interest in the south half of land lot No, 2.17, containing 101 1-4 acres, more or less. Also 45 acres, more or less, of lot of jland No. 212, described as follows. Be-I ginning at the southwest corner of said lot, running thoncc north i0 rods on the half-way across the lot, thence east 13 rods, thence along a made line to a made corner on the public road a few feet southwest of the graveyard on the said road, then southwest along said road to the original line thereof, thence west to starting point. All of said land lying in the 5th district of Carroll county, Georgia, and containing in the Aggregate, 145 1-4 acres, more or loss.Said property to be sold as the property of tlio estate of J. M.
