FIEND MURDERS EIGHT WITH AXE WHILE ASLEEPDBS MOINES. Ia., June 10.—The bodies of eight persons, the heads crushed In with an axe, were found today in the home of J. B. Moore, a prominent harware merchant at Villisca, la., according to a telephone message from that place.The dead are: Moore, his wife, four children and two women, whose names are unknown.The bodies of the eight victims lay as If asleep. There were no signs of struggles and no clue was left by the murderers. The bloody axe is supposed to have done the work. It was found in a room containing the bodies of Paul and Floyd Moore, aged 7 and 6. Moore had no known enemies The police are seeking relatives of Mrs. Moore's sister, who it is believed can throw some light on the crime.
