Wednesday Grover Lewis was tried before Esquire Thomas Craig on a paternity case preferred by Goldia Tharp of Hatton, who attempted to commit suicide by jumping iu the family well about two weeks ago. As the affair was of very recent occurrence Lewis was held to the .January term of the County Court iu a bond of SSUU.
