A.L. Belville Dead.Died From Effects of Shot Fired By W. P. Gray.Hovering between life and death from Tuesday until Friday night at ii o’clock Alonzo Belville passed away at his home from the effects of the wound inflicted on person by Wm P pray. The deceased leaves a wife and twochildren. His father Gilbert Belville and brother Chas Belville also survive him. The funeral was held Sunday after noon at the •Friends church and was conducted by Rev. M. S. Hinckle of Jonesboro 'the femains werein charge of Uudertaker T. E. Jones, and interment occurred atthe Jefferson cemetery.* _The portion Of the dead man’sfoot, which he lost in a railroad accident, when small, is preserved in alcohol at Dr. Hollis at Hartford City and was not buried with the body.The suit which Belville left to be pressed at Leonard Stuarts, with the remark that he might need it to buried in, was used as hisshroud.The pall-bearers were J. O. Duncan, Reed Atkinson, P. E. Ballinger, Wm Jones, George Buchannon and Asher Reynolds.
