G- Day, Hattie Sweet, Lucy McPbetiuoge and Angie Garner. The following was the programme of the occasion : Praj'er, by Elder L. I). McGowan; “Old Things hare Passed Away,” essa}', by Hattie Sweet; Discussion: “Had the Olympic and other games a favorable effect on the ancient Greeks?” Affirmative, Lucy McPheteidge; negative, Angie Garner. “Knowledge is Power,” by W. G. Day. It is justice to the graduates to say that they acquitted themselves to their own credit and that of their teachers. The music was furnished by tiie Martinsville String Band.
