■SHF SUFIm BAJbls.STATE OF OHIO, Hamilton County, m.—Pur f suant to the command of an order lor sale under a decree in Chancery, to me directed from the Commercial Court of Cincinnati, within and for the county aforesaid, I shall offer at public sale at the Court House in Cincinnati, in said county, on MONDAY, the 16 day of JUNE, A D 1*50, at 11 o'clock. A. M. of said day, all the West end of half section number 25 in Township 5, lying and being to Symvn’s Township, in itie county of Hamilton and State of Ohio, containing at least 168 acres and a half, being the residue {after deducting the tract sold to Hen ben Hue of seventy acres, and the tract sold to John Bell of one acre and one half, and the tract sold to Matthias fttugler of seventy four acres, as recorded in Book 75, page 534; Book 61, page 638; Book 53, page 487, in the Recorder's office of said county of Hamilton,) of a tract or paicel of land containing three huudred and fourteen acres, conveyed by Lain Ready and wife to James Given, by deed recorded in Book 46, page 503, and Book 61, page 87, in said Recorder's office, together with all the privileges and appurtenanees to the same belonging. Valued at 9*0 per acre.To be: told as the property of James Given,, under a decree in favor of J. 1. dt C. Jones in a cross Bill in a certain suit in Chancery in said Court, wherein Isaac Parker is complainant, and said James Given, Joel Given, John D.
