Gov. Bibb Graves today had pa roled Lewis .Bodden, alleged mem ber of the Otto George gang, cited for a series of highway robberies and the slaying of Herman Kirk land, Toulminville druggist. Bodden was sentenced to 10 years in the penitentiary in 1934 after pleading guilty in circuit court to a charge of highway rob bery. J. W. Gossline, also of Mobile, on parole since 1934 after being sentenced 10 years for a statutory offense, was granted full pardon.
