At the head of the organization is W. H. Kussmaul of the Times office as chairman, and Harry Pierce, assistant cashier of the Granville Bank, as secretary-treasurer. On the executive committee are T. M. Kier, chairman; John Geach and Watkin Thomas. Of the sixteen committees the heads are W. H. Kussmaul, Publicity; T. M. Kiel*. Finance ; Joe Haskins, Relics; A. P. Nichol, Picnic; W. S. Thomas, Decorating; Roe Morrow, Parade; Dr. J. W. Roh-rer, Carnival; W. T. Sherman, Athletics; Frank Weston, Fantastic; W. H. Kussmaul, Music; Hubert Robinson, Grand Stand and Seating); Hubert Wright, Stunts; Rev. E. Breeze, Church; John Thomas, Concessions; John Thomas, Illumination; C. D.
