following property, the aame being a part of the estate of said Ward, to-trit:An undivided two-thirds interest in that tract or parcel of land, which is described as follows: Situated, lying and being in the city of Waycross, Ware county, Georgia, and being more particularly designated as the whole of lot No. 8 and the East half of lot No. 7 on the South side of Reed street, having a combined frontage of ninety feet North on said Reed street and running back Southward 100 feet.3. Said property is yielding no income to said minor and being an undivided two thirds interest in said real estate it is proper that same should be sold so that the proceeds thereof may be reinvested in the property hereinafter described which will, in the opinion of petitioner, yield an income to said ward.4. Petitioner desires to re-invest the proceeds of sueli sale in the following described property, to-wit:All of that tract of land in the city of Waycross, Ware County, Georgia, and particularly described as follows: commencing onthe west side of Lee Avenue, 60 feet South of the intersection of Lee Avenue uud Marion street, and running thence South along the Western margin of said Lee Avenue 106 feet, thence West 141 feet; thence North 106 feet; thence East 141 feet to Lee Avenue.And in addition to the investment of $400.00 in said land petitioner wishes to build thereon two (2) one story five room cottages, which will yield a monthly income of $25.00; that this will be a very good return on the investment of the proceeds arising from the sale of the two-thirds interest in the property nforesnid, and for said reason petitioner conceives it to he to the interest of his ward that he be allowed to sell the interest aforesaid, at private sale, and re-invest the proceeds as aforesaid.5. Petitioner shows that notice of his intention to make this application has been published once a week for four weeks in the Waycross Journal, newspaper, being the newspaper in which county advertisements are usually published, as required by law./ A.
