Mrs. Villa Meadows.■ -Mrs Villa Meadows (lied at Van Alstyne, Tex., May 30, of consumption of the stomach and bowels, leaving two little children, the youngest only 7 months old. Deceased had gone to Texas with the , hope that climatic influences would | check the disease. She was a sister of Hon W T Bennett, of this i place, who was called to her side , by a telegram but arrived too late | even to see her buried. The children were brought back to Corinth I and left with her mother. Deceas-j ed was a Christian lady, loved and respected by all who knew her.' Her body was laid to rest at Van ; Alstyne. ■
