Warm*, Esq.The objects of the dub are the following.— The Australian Club is instituted for faeilila ting the sociul and literary intercourse of iudi viduuls resident in the colony, and for the general interests of country gentlemen. The club to consist of Trustees, Committee* Management, Treasurer, and others eleeted from the original members who have signed the rules and regulations. The whole number of members to be limited to two hundred.
