WILLIAM WARD BIENVILLE (Special) — Wil liam Roland Ward died June 5 in Shreveport at the age of 57 years. Funeral services were held at the Friendship Baptist Church at 2 p.m. on June 6, with Rev. John S. Hurt officiating. Burial was in the Friendship cemetery under the di rection of the Conger Funeral home of Arcadia. Ward was a veteran of World War I. He made his home in Sa line and in Cotton Valley, where he had been employed. He is sur vived by his wife, Aubyn Hollman Ward, of Shreveport; two children, Mrs. June Collinsworth and James Roland Ward of Friendship, and three grandchildren. He is sur vived also by two brothers, Nor man Ward and Keller Ward of Fryeburg; and six sisters, Mrs. Howard Woodard of Ringgold; Mrs Price Davis and Mrs. B. O. Gray of Fryeburg; Mrs. Nina Litton of Converse; and Mrs. Edgar Wilson and Mrs. A. D. Mohler of Shreve port.
