The names of the general partners being Louis Breslauer and Louis C. Lachi-cotte and the special partner thereof being Ralph Nesbit. The said Louie Breslauer, Louis C, Lacbeootte and Ralph Nesbit all residing at or near Waverly Mills in the County and State aforesaid. The said general partaere contribute Fiye Thousand Dollars each nnd the said special partner Fire Thousand Dollars.
