TO BE SOLD by Auction on the 16th day of June next, in compliance with the directions contained in lhe Will of the late James Kirk, the well known premises, lately in his occupation, adjoining Hatter** Bay, in the Vicinity of Kingston, being part of the Broken Front of lot No. 19, in the 1st Concession of the Township of Kingston, containing 10 acres. There is a good Stone House and a small Stone Cottage on it, and about 4 acres of it has been cultivated as a Market Garden for a number of years, and is now under crop.
