HORSE THIEVES.NOTICE is hereby given to the Citizensor Wafltington county, that a fub-fcription paper is now in the hands of Daniel Gehr and John Ragan, fet *r, for the pur-pofe of obtaining fubferibers toeftablifba fund to enable them to portae Horfc Thieves and recover Horfes which may be ftolen from the fubferibers.
