Shultz *with involuntary manslaughter, and the second with operating an in ter urban car in violation of the law where-, by a person was killed. The bond, to-,ttaling ?4,000, signed by Frank Ball, the 1 millionaire fruit jar * manufacturer;.^Arthur Bradley, president of the Union 11; Traction company, and Rollin. Warner,1 e a local attorney for the traction com-1. pany, was accepted and Shultz set at cliberty.William Addington, motorman or the street car, is held responsible for the accident, and was arrested on a similar charge a few weeks ago, given a hearing in the city court, and^ bound over to the circuit court, where his case is now pending.- In Shultz* case it is alleged that the afr brakes on his car were not working and that it was impossible for him to stop his car quickly. A great many people were injured in the accident.0s
