Revenue Stamp Fraud.NEW YORK, June 2.—Behind the arrest of three young men in firooklyn, the police believe ’is a revenue stamp swindle of proportions. The men are George and Charles Morgan and William Brower. They were arrested as suspicious characters, and in a furnished room which they recently rented was found a large number of canceled and uncanceled revenue stamps ranging in denomination from 10 cents to $10. The detectives asserted that some of the stamps had been freed of the cancellation mark.
