Peter Kepler died of general debility, at the home of his son, William, Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock, at the advanced age of *79 year3. Mr. Kepler bad always been a resident of this place until seven years ago when lie moved to Mallory town; Canada, where he was engaged in farming. He was brought here by his son a few weeks ago. The funeral was held from the Re formed Church Sunday afternoon at 2 j o’clock. Deceased leaves to mourn his loss j two sons and two daughters, William Kep* ler of this placs, Santa Kepler, Mrs. Emma Winters and Mrs. Miry McIntyre, of Connecticut
