He was a runner assisting at an auction sponsored by Fairfield County Estate Liquidators. The bidding began briskly and in no time, Mr. McClellan heard the auctioneer pound the gavel ending the bidding at$950.Mr. McClellan was in disbelief. He was shocked to see how easily and quickly the bidding had all taken place. His hand began to shake. That little bowl that he held so gingerly in hishand had just commanded $950.Mr. McClellan was convinced that here was a business that he wanted to be associated with in some way. And in a mere, onedozen years, Mr. McClellan a native of Norwalk, has established a fine reputation as an accredited senior appraiser and auctioneer.
