CLARENCE BROWNFuneral services will be conducted tomorrow for Clarence Brown of 16026 Vine avenue, Harvey, who died Wednesday at his job in Chicago Heights.The Rev. James R. Flint, pastor of Union Evangelistic Baptist church in Chicago Heights, will conduct the 11 a.m. services at the church. Interment will be in Mt. Glenwood cemetery in Glen-wood. Visitation is from 3 o’clock until 9 tonight at Hammond and Prowell funeral home in Chicago Heights.Mr. Brown had lived in Chicago Heights and Harvey for 30 years. He was employed as a crane operator by the Abex Steel corporation in Chicago Heights. He was a veteran of the Korean war, and served as second chairman to the deacon board at Union Evangelistic Baptist church. He was born March 14,1930, in Belzoni, Miss.Mr. Brown is survived by his wife, Amy; four sons, Timothy at home, Clarence, Jr., of Markham, Ronald and Donald of Chicago Heights; two sisters, Josey Shepard of New York City, N. Y. and Mary McCorkle of Kansas City, Mo., and a brother, Less of Harvey.
