CECIL PELFREY PELFREY—Cecil Pelfrey. 74, of Yuba City died today at a Yu* I ba City hospital after suffering jan apparent heart attack, the 1 Sutter County coroner's office ! reported.A native of Macon, Ga., he had been a resident of this area for 26 years. His home was at 808 Grange St. Pelfrey was retired ‘from the US Army Corps of Engineers.Survivors, in addition to his wife, Orah, includes four sons, Edward, Carl, John and Tom, all |of Yuba City; two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Walker of Yuba City I and Mrs. Ruth Lollis of Dos Palos; six brothers, Floyd of YubaCitv. Adell and Homer, both of I ■»Fresno, Joe of Littlefield. Tex.,F'red of Chickasha. Okla.. and Ren of Maysville, Okla.; one sister, Mrs. Ruby Franklin ol Marysville.
