Adams Man Charges Alien ation in Suit WANTS $5000 Louis S. Roberts of Mother Town Starts Civil Action in the Superior Court. Suit for $5,000 alleging the alien ation of the affections of his wife, was entered in superior court in Pittsfield today by Louis S. Roberts of Adams against Charles Boichot, also of Adams. In his suit, Roberts claims that Boichot lured his wife, Gertrude L. Roberts, from his home. All of the principals in the suit are well known in Adams, both the plain tiff and defendant being mill opera tives in that town. Attorneys Cassi dy and Cassidy and Fred M. Myers of Pittsfield appear for the plaintiffs in the case.
