OSCAR F. MILLSPAUGH.A belated letter received by relatives at Pope tells ot the death of Oscar F. Millspaugh who died at Edmonds, Washington,Feb. 8,1907. Oscar Millspaugh was born May 2, 1836 in the town of Cherry Creek, N. Y. and moved to St. Paul,Minn, about the time of the close of the Civil War. He afterward settled at Edmonds, Wash., where he lived up to the time of his death. When the war began he enlisted as a mem. berof Co. D., 42nd Pa., infantry. He married Sarah Sample of Randolph and is survived by bis wife and two sisters, Mrs. Jane Phillips of South Dayton and Mrs. Margaret Stone of Randolph.
