An Important Meeting of the School Board Last Night. The City School Board met last night at the office of Superintendent Coffin and re organized by the election of M. A. Weir, president, J.G. Harrison, secretary and 8. P. Towne, treasurer. The Board then elected the following teachers: Superintendent, Chas. F. Coffin, R. A. Oge, Magsie Hamilton, Fannie Fawcett, D. K. Armstrong, J. B. Starr, Ella Jones, Hattie Beeler, Lydia Townsend, Lizzie Pralle, Jennie Boyd, Aline Petery, Eva Lyndall, Hettie Stey, Eva Matheny, W. G. McClure, Nancie Peeler, Gertrude Force, Addie Bader, Carrie Robertson, Fannie Hurley, Katie (. STackeby, Sue E. Hooper, Lizzie Pierson, Jennie Elsey, Jessie Hans, Wm. Rads, Anna Fowler, Cora Martin, Jennie Rucke), Jennie Jay, Maggie Carr, Katie Collins, Jenuia Pennington, Carrie B. Elliott, D. M. Geeting, Alice Bodger, Hattie Deeble, Lula R Barlow, Leona Beggs, Hattie Killinger, Mary Mitchell, Carrie Handmore, J. J. James, Elza Doerr, Clara Gohman, Mary Kramer, Rosa Kent, Katie Swithwick,GFE Smith, Mary FE. Minor. For colored school, W.O. Vance, G. W. Buckner, DS. Maxwell, and J. B. Jones. There are two or probably three vacancies to fill. The schools will all open the first Monday in September.
