On hie return he wae taken Into custody by Detective Sergeant Lenford and o.case of contempt docketed against him.Judge Broyles did not enter Into a hearing of the cocaine cage, nn Sergeant Ranford Informed him the Fulton county grand Jury had already Indicted Dr. McAfee In thla matter.To the recorder Dr. McAfee said he fled from court because of certain re-porta that had reached him concerning the caae.
