uvtnana dii{« upsti.4 One night last week Franz Grothe, of Bell Springs, was substituting as driver on the Overland stage. . One of the four horses did not behave properly and caused a great deal of trouble. Finally the stage upset and rolled down into the gulch, piling the horses in a promiscuous heap. Mr. Grothe was caught under the stage, but managed to get out and summon help. It was found that none of the horses were seriously i hurt and no great damage was done.
